Payment Options

East Pasadena Water Company offers a variety of payment options for your convenience.

Option 1: Pay My Bill (online)

You may pay on line by using the Pay My Bill link, which is hosted by Ampstun Corporation, our billing and payment collection portal.

On this portal you can view and pay your bill, request an address change or add recurring payments. You can also choose paperless billing.

Option 2: Auto Pay

You may sign up for Auto-Pay by by clicking the above link to Ampstun and set up an on-line account or by downloading the form and returning it to us with a voided check.

Option 3: Home Banking Bill Pay

East Pasadena Water Company accepts electronic payments of water bills through individual's home banking bill pay option and in most cases we will receive the payment in 1 to 2 business days. When issuing a payment to East Pasadena Water Company, please make certain to use the entire account number including all dashes and zeros. If an incomplete account number is used, it may take up to 10 days for East Pasadena Water Company to receive your payment.

Option 4: Pay By Mail

You can mail your payment or place the payment in our convenient night-drop located in front of our office. Mailing and night-drop address: 3725 Mountain View Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91107.

Option 5: In Person

We are always happy to see our customers. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by and make your payment, or put your payment in our convenient night-drop located in the front of our building. Please do not place cash in the night drop. Also, please note, we do not accept debit or credit cards.
