Beginning and Ending Service
If you are moving within our service area or new to the area, or if it is time for you to move, here is where you can learn how to start or end your water service.
Beginning Service
Use our convenient online form to start water service.
We will require the following information to begin water service:

- Address of Property
- Address you would like the bill mailed to, if different from the property address
- Please identify if you are an owner or renting the property
- First and Last name you wish the account to be placed in
- Date you would like the service to be started, week days only and we must have a least 3 days notice
- Telephone Number
- Email address
We bill our residential accounts on a bi-monthly basis (every other month). Our commercial accounts are billed monthly. Your first water bill will be prorated from the opening date until the next billing date, so your first bill may be smaller than normal.
Renters
If you are renting, we will need the owner of the property to complete and return a Guarantor Form prior to beginning water service. This form can be downloaded by clicking this link:
Ending Water Service
Use our convenient online form to stop water service.
We will require the following information to end water service:

- Address of Property
- Forwarding address (to receive your final bill)
- Name currently on the account
- Date you would like the service to be started weekdays only, and we must have 3 days notice.
- Telephone number
- Email address
You must cancel service in order to end your liability. We will continue to bill you for water used until service is cancelled. We cannot back bill, as we are unable to determine the amount of water used prior to the property being vacated.
